Course Content:
Understanding that space is limited in Hong Kong, Luke designed rehabilitation protocols and exercises tailored to the needs of Hong Kong physiotherapists. Key focuses include late-phase knee strength, conditioning, and movement competence.
Course Topics Include:
Intra-articular knee structure and surgery understanding
Knee prehabilitation strength and conditioning
Recovery from post-operative stages
Agility and landing training
Return-to-sport phase
Athlete and patient wellbeing
Each phase will include scenario-based discussions to enhance clinical reasoning. Practical sessions will ensure participants can implement strategies in their own settings.
