Enroll / Renew Annual membership | from 1 January of the year to 31 December of the same year | Annual membership fee | $150 (Effective from 2006) | Requirement | Enroll: A local registered physiotherapist
Renew: The old member(s) can renew the membership individually or by group renewal. | Procedure | DOWNLOAD the application form (for new members) and send to the G.P.O. Box 889 with a crossed cheque payable to "Hong Kong Physiotherapists' Union". | Remarks | The application will process for 3 to 4 weeks |
